TRIP DESCRIPTION:            

Explore the hidden marvelous Atlas Mountains with a local guide. This less-visited area of Morocco in the Atlas Mountains offers the experience of the true spirit of the Berber way of life and the beautiful valleys, pure moments for gazing and meditation over the highest peaks of North Africa. During a full day trip you will have variety of activities; you can hike on the mountains or have a mule or horse ride, visit local villages to explore the Berber lifestyle and enjoy a traditional lunch in Kasbah du Toubkal, the luxurious traditional Spa that combines the Moroccan and the Berber style. ITINERARY:                          

Your driver will meet you at your hotel to begin the journey. The road will take you up to the High Atlas Mountains to Kasbah du Toubkal. The road is filled with stunning countryside sceneries of the mountain streams, the valleys and traditional Berber villages. Stops in Asni and Imlil Valleys will be included to take a moment to explore the region.

When you arrive to Imlil Valley, you will be dropped off in the village below so be prepared to walk the rest of the way. The walk will take about 15 minutes trekking up to the Kasbah or you can choose to take a mule ride. (Note: Be well equipped for trekking for the best adventure).

The Kasbah du Toubkal (1800m), just 60km from Marrakech, is situated at the foot of Jbel Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa. This Berber auberge is an extraordinary venture, the product of an imaginative Berber and European partnership.
